Who we are
EnableX is a provider of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and related services. We are committed to protecting your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
We may collect your name, contact details, NDIS information, accommodation and support needs, and any other information you choose to share when you enquire with us or become a resident. We only collect what we reasonably need to provide our services.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, assess suitability for our homes, coordinate your accommodation and supports, meet our obligations under the NDIS, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We may share your information with your consent - for example with support coordinators, SIL providers, allied health professionals or the NDIS - where it is needed to deliver your accommodation and supports, or where required by law.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and to keep it accurate and up to date.
